This project combines branding, marketing and editorial design, through the creation of a pitch document and a full mock-up brochure, for a property development’s marketing campaign. The pitch document provides full rationale of the branding and identity decisions, and the approach to the full range of required deliverables.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
These deliverables follow the created company guidelines for both an initial, and the continuing permanent campaign. The marketing collateral features a typographic design which reflects the branding and is consistent and recognisable throughout.
