This second year project combines branding, marketing and editorial design, through the creation of a pitch document and a full mock-up brochure, for a property development’s marketing campaign. The copy and imagery were provided as part of the design brief. The pitch document provides full rationale of the branding and identity decisions, and the approach to the full range of required deliverables.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​
These deliverables follow the company guidelines for both an initial, and the continuing permanent, campaign. The marketing collateral features a typographic design which reflects the branding and is consistent and recognisable throughout.
