This project combines branding, marketing and editorial design, through the creation of a pitch document and a full mock-up brochure, for a property development’s marketing campaign. The pitch document provides full rationale of the branding and identity decisions, and the approach to the full range of required deliverables.
These deliverables follow the created company guidelines for both an initial, and the continuing permanent campaign. The marketing collateral features a typographic design which reflects the branding and is consistent and recognisable throughout.
